You can choose to have a full cleaning service which includes a luxury keepsake box, an express clean with a turnaround time of 10 working days or less, a clean only service or our 'endless love' service which includes 2 full cleans and minor repairs - perfect for brides who are getting married abroad with a home reception.

Place Your Order Online

Once your order has been received we'll send you one of our wedding dress postage packs, via Royal Mail First Class service. 

Within the postage pack is instructions on how to pack your items, extra strong mailing sacks, and postage labels.   

Door-to-Door Courier.

When your items are packaged, send us an email with your preferred collection day and we'll arrange collection from you with our courier.

Your wedding dress will then go through diagnostics, and you will be contacted to give you peace of mind that your items have arrived.

Cleaning, Repairs & Boxing.

We'll start the cleaning and repairing process. Your beautiful wedding dress then gets its own photoshoot in our studio before being boxed.

We'll email these images to you to keep, and at this time ask you to confirm your delivery address and a delivery date that suits you best. 

Delivery Straight to Your Door

Once your delivery address is confirmed, we will arrange our fully insured courier to collect your dress from us and deliver direct to your door.
